FFL Transfer:

Choose this if you’re transferring a standard firearm such as a handgun, rifle, or shotgun through a licensed dealer.

What’s required:

    •    Valid government-issued photo ID

    •    Complete ATF Form 4473 (filled out at pickup)

    •   Successful background check (JC 360 Tactical can conduct the required background check)

NFA Transfer:

Choose this if your item is regulated under the NFA — such as a silencer, short-barreled rifle, or other NFA-classified firearm.

What’s required:

    •    Completed ATF Form 4 (upload in this form)

    •    Two fingerprint cards and a passport-style photo

    •   $200 tax stamp (or $5 for AOWs). Fees subject to change

    •    ATF approval before item release
